About Us

WELCOME TO Valley View Estates

Valley View Estates is and 11+ acre property nestled in the borough of Knoxville, Pennsylvania . All lots have municipal water/sewer and are within walking distance of local amenities such as the post office, bank, store, library, park, community center, and laundromat. The Mobile Home park at capacity can accommodate up to 42 mobile homes and/or double wide homes on large, roomy lots.

Presently there are approximately 22 owner occupied units within the park. RV’s may also be accommodated for weekly or monthly stays. We have two not-so-rustic cabins that have been custom designed, built locally and are available year round.

Our residents include retirees, families, snowbirds and transients working in environmental industries.

What does your standard site offer, and how much does it cost?

We advertise a daily rate, but what’s included for that cost can range. We provide an electrical hookups. Cable WiFi is also provided

Can your campground accommodate a large RV?

We do provide accommodations for large RV’s at our facility for Class A, B and C RV’s
